How it works
Week one is discovery and a running skeleton: repo, deploy pipeline, the core loop working end to end by day 5. Weeks two and three are the build, with a live demo every 3–4 days and daily progress in a shared Slack channel. Week four is production: monitoring, documentation, handover.
Models: Claude, GPT, open-weight models — whichever the problem needs. The rest of the stack is boring on purpose: Next.js, Node, PostgreSQL, your cloud account. The code, the docs and the infrastructure are yours from the first commit.
There is no handoff to juniors because there is nobody to hand off to. The person on the scoping call is the person writing the code.

- Success metrics are defined in week one and you see progress every 3–4 days, so there is no surprise at the end. Every milestone leaves you with software that runs; you can stop at any of them.
- What happens after the initial project?
- You own all code and documentation — nothing is locked to me. Most clients continue on the retainer for new features; it is optional and month to month.
- Which models and cloud do you use?
- Claude, GPT or open-weight models, chosen per problem, on AWS, GCP or Vercel — in your account, so the bills and the keys are yours.
